Feel like you need to stop and re-evaluate your life and work?

A retreat is a good way to reflect on change and transitions. Being aware of the transition cycle is key to understanding what is happening to you and making sure you look after yourself by giving yourself what you need at each stage in the cycle. Give yourself some time away from your normal routines and spend some time doing something you love.

Through the year I offer retreats to engage in some of my favourite activities: game viewing, snorkelling, skiing, rock climbing (Via Ferrata), and walking in the mountains.

During these retreats I will teach you what you need to know about managing change and transitions. I will also introduce you to a model on how to find alingment in your career: alignment between what you are interested in, what is meaningful to you and what you do for a living.
